Although it is unlikely that a bachelor such as yourself will
have much company, it is never the less important that you be
prepared for such an occurrence!

Never let it be said that you had the chance to invite that
sweet young thing over to your place for a snack but reluctantly
declined because of your culinary ignorance!

Fat Fools Fudge

1 can evaporated milk(5.5oz.)
1 2/3 cup sugar
2 Tbs. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts(optional)


Combine evaporated milk, sugar, butter and salt in a saucepan over medium heat.
Bring mixture to a boil and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stir constantly to prevent scorching.

Remove pan form heat. Stir in rest of ingredients. Stir for about 1 minute until the
marshmallows melt and blend in.

Butter a small pan or one of those leftover tin pans from a frozen dinner. Pour
mixture into pan and let cool.
 
 
Crackers'n Cheese'n Beer

1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 jar Old English Cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt


Mix cream cheese and Old English Cheese in a small bowl. Mix until it is well
blended.

Add worchestershire sauce and garlic salt. Mix again. Shape mixture into a ball
or a log or some piece of anatomy. Refrigerate awhile until stuff is cool.

You'll have to use your own recipe for crackers and beer.
