Fat Fools Fudge

1 can
evaporated milk(5.5oz.)
|
1 2/3 cup
sugar
|
2 Tbs.
butter
|
1/2 tsp.
salt
|
2 cups
miniature marshmallows
|
1 1/2
cups semisweet chocolate chips
|
1 tsp.
vanilla
|
1/2 cup
chopped nuts(optional)

Combine
evaporated milk, sugar, butter and salt in a
saucepan over medium heat.
Bring mixture to a boil and cook for 4 to 5
minutes, stir constantly to prevent scorching.

Remove pan
form heat. Stir in rest of ingredients. Stir for
about 1 minute until the
marshmallows melt and blend in.

|
Butter a
small pan or one of those leftover tin pans from
a frozen dinner. Pour
mixture into pan and let cool.
